CAMPOUT DESCRIPTION
Connect with your wisdom and power to regenerate life in harmony with nature and community. Gather to meet and know your earth and people centered tribe. Relearn life sustaining skills together. Join this annual community campout that is part ancestral and primitive skill sharing gathering, part permaculture convergence, part family vacation in community and deep nature discovery and connection.

At this campout you will meet a community of nature lovers, including many of our permaculture graduates and peers, homesteaders and homeschooling friends from our region, and wise teachers and community builders. Organized skill-building and nature immersion activities, as well as stories and songs by the fire, and wholesome meals grown on our farm and at other regenerative farms, will be provided throughout the weekend. Children's activities, with or without parents, will be provided also. Participants are invited to offer and lead additional activities as an opportunity to share skills and serve the community also if they desire to do so. This will be a modern eco-village for the weekend, connecting all of us to our rich ancestral heritage of love, joy, power, strength and evolving skills for thriving on planet Earth. Our intention is to co-create this with you as a magical, infinitely fulfilling time.

OTHER DETAILS
All participants can camp on a designated camping area on the farm. All participants who do so are responsible to bring their own tents, sleeping bags and other accessories to make their camping experience pleasant. Camping platforms are available for additional fees. We do offer the opportunity for participants to bring their campers, RV's or RV trailers for additional fees also. We also offer a limited number of single and double regular tents, as well as lotus tents, for rent during the campout.

We offer access to our 4 passive solar showers and we recommend caution using them, since the fall weather might not heat up the shower to comfortable warm temperatures. Our toilets are all orchard composting toilets. Participants are responsible for their own self-care and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND WASHING HANDS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

There is no bad weather or uncomfortable camping in nature, there is only bad gear. It is your responsibility to come prepared. A list with recommended items to bring for comfortability and self-care will be emailed after registration.

THIS IS AN EARTH & PEOPLE ORIENTED GATHERING WITH LOTS OF CHILDREN, YOUNG ADULTS AND A FAMILY VIBE. FOR BEST CAMPOUT EXPERIENCE WE ASK ALL PARTICIPANTS TO ENTER THE VILLAGE MODE AS A SOBER AND MINDFUL COMMUNITY.
